Putnam County Man Arrested For Child Molestation; Additional Charges Possible

EATONTON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A Putnam County man was arrested and charged with two separate counts of child molestation and one count of aggravated child molestation.

35-year-old Randall Tully Quinn was arrested on July 19. The victims are two females, ages 8 and 10.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Detective Lt. Tracey Bowen predicts Quinn will face additional charges related to the case involving the 8-year-old. Police were notified of the activity after both victims disclosed information to family members, who then contacted law enforcement.

According to Lt. Bowen, both victims have been placed with family members.

Quinn’s bond has been set for $50,000. He is being held at the Putnam County Jail.
