Pulaski State Prison inmate dies; cause of death under investigation

HAWKINSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – An inmate at Pulaski State Prison died July 5, and the cause of death remains under investigation, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
The department confirmed that Monika Bradley died July 5. Officials said the cause of death is undetermined.
According to the Department of Corrections, there were no reports of an altercation and no signs of foul play.
Bradley’s body was turned over to the county coroner and will be transported to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab to determine the official cause of death.
