Public Forum to Address Top Middle Georgia Issues

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Tonight, there’s an opportunity for you to join concerned citizens, professionals, and leaders to discuss some important issues in the Middle Georgia community.

The Martin Luther King Commission and the Historic Douglass Theatre will host the MLK/Robert Brown Symposium from 6pm until 9pm. It will be held at the Douglass Theatre in Macon.

Consolidation of Macon and Bibb County, and the role and responsibility of the media are among tonight’s hot topics.

Former Macon Mayor C. Jack Ellis will moderate tonight’s discussion.
