Rhine Man Dead After Collision on Hwy 117

EASTMAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Rhine man is dead after he crossed the center line and struck a garbage truck on highway 117 in Dodge County. 39-year-old Jody Williams was pronounced dead at the scene by Dodge County coroner Joe Smith.The garbage truck driver, William Singletary, was injured and taken to Dodge County Hospital.
