Police Search for Suspects Who Robbed A Macon Cab Driver

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon Police are searching for the two men who robbed a cab driver early Sunday morning.

According to a news release, the driver picked the suspects up on the 700 block of Woodard Avenue and took them to the Scottish Inn on Romeiser Road.

The driver says his shirt was pulled over his head by one suspect while the other positioned an unknown object to his neck. The suspects ran away after taking the driver’s wallet, an undisclosed amount of cash, keys to the cab, and two cell phones.

The suspects were described to be in their mid-20s. One of the suspects was wearing a white shirt.
