Bibb County firemen respond to child locked inside a car

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – UPDATE: The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office confirms deputies were originally called to the scene, but then called off since the child was taken out of the car.

The child is O.K., according to Lt. Sean Defoe.

The scene was cleared when 41NBC arrived.

A Bibb County Fire Department say they responded to a call of a child locked inside a vehicle.

The incident is happening off of Riverside Drive. No report on the child’s condition.
