Piedmont Macon to host free class for managing asthma, COPD

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Piedmont Macon will host a free community class on managing asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease October 13.
The class, titled “Breathe Easy: Managing Your Asthma and COPD,” will take place from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. at the Macon Volunteer Clinic, 770 Walnut St.
The free event will focus on strategies for managing asthma and COPD, recognizing triggers and improving quality of life. A medical professional from Piedmont Macon will lead the session.
