Pet of The Week Has More Than What Meets The Eye

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Thanks to it being Monday morning, we’re bringing you another adoptable Pet of the Week from our Daybreak studio.

This week, Valerie Buckley from Have a Heart, Save a Life in Milledgeville stopped in with an adoptable dog. She brought Mama Mia, a one year old girl who recently gave birth to 11(!) puppies. Mama Mia isn’t quite sure exactly what type of breed she is. However, it’s likely she is a Lab with some kind of Pointer mixed in. She has since been spayed and is ready for a new home. Several of her puppies have been adopted to new families, but there are still a few left for you to take home.
