Perry Players Community Theatre to perform ‘Driving Miss Daisy’

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Perry Players Community Theatre is performing “Driving Miss Daisy” from September 26 to October 6.

Director, Hunter Hufnagel, says Alfred Uhry’s timely tale of an unlikely friendship forged in the New South endures today.

“Set in a city experiencing a renaissance, these three characters take us on a twenty-five-year journey through time along the streets of Atlanta’s oldest suburb,” says Hufnagel. “To me this is what theatre is all about: sharing a story worth telling.”
