Perry officials announce fire hydrant testing

Residents in the Preserve Subdivision may notice some temporary water discoloration.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The City of Perry Fire and Emergency Services announced they will flow test hydrants on November 5th and November 6th of 2024 in one neighborhood.

Residents in the Preserve Subdivision may notice some temporary water discoloration. If you have this problem, officials ask that you let the water run for a few minutes or until it clears.

Crews will plan to start testing at South Perry Parkway and move further in to the neighborhood.
