Peach commissioners to discuss adult entertainment ordinance
BYRON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Peach County commissioners are considering making changes to the county’s adult entertainment ordinance.
Leaders tell 41NBC they want to clear up the language in the ordinance because it’s too open-ended. The proposed changes include re-defining a business owner or employee’s “good moral character” and also the grounds on which the county can deny or suspend a business’ license.
As of now, there’s only one adult entertainment business in the county.
Officials will decide on the changes Tuesday evening during their commission meeting.
