‘PeaceFull Parenting’ to host class about childbirth, newborn tips

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – PeaceFull Parenting is hosting a childbirth and newborn class for expecting parents.

The event is October 26 at LKK in Gray, Georgia. The class will begin at 12 p.m.

Owner of PeaceFull Parenting, Sabrina Hobbs, says she wants to help new parents and prepare them for life with a newborn.

The class is free and lunch will be provided. Hobbs encourages people to register in advance so they can prepare properly.

Hobbs says that childbirth and the first few days at home can be intimidating, but utilizing support can help make the process easier.

Owner of LKK, Emily Coley, says the class will offer tips and tricks to help build confidence in new parents.

Parents will learn how to swaddle, tips for breastfeeding, and more.
