Paul Bronson Qualifies to Run for Commission

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Another candidate has qualified to run for the commission in the upcoming elections for the new consolidated government.

Paul Bronson will be running for the District 2 seat, which includes East Macon, North Macon, portions of South Macon, and the downtown area. Bronson says he is eager to serve in the new government, “The new government will allow us to place leaders in the position to handle the concerns of the citizens, govern equally, and be responsible and transparent in their dealings.”

If elected, Bronson plans to concentrate on updating the digital infrastructure of the area, violence prevention, homeless and traffic concerns, as well as additional support for small and minority businesses.
