Patty Gibbs named 2026 Cherry Blossom Festival chair
According to a news release, Gibbs supports families across Central and South Georgia during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Patty Gibbs, president and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia, has been named the 2026 festival chair for the Cherry Blossom Festival.
According to a news release, Gibbs supports families across Central and South Georgia during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
Gibbs previously served as executive director of the Family Counseling Center of Central Georgia and as vice president for student affairs and enrollment services at Wesleyan College.
She has more than three decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, higher education and fundraising.
