Otis Redding Camp rehearses for finale performance

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Students attending the Otis Redding Music Camp are getting ready for their finale performance on Friday.

Students got the opportunity to write, record, and produce a song of their choice to perform.

The camp started in 2007 in honor of Otis Redding, with about 10 students. Now, the organization has about 50 students involved.

The reception and performance will be held Friday, June 12th at 7pm at the Zuver Performing Arts Center at Mount de Sales Academy in Macon.
