Organizing tips to make exercising easier

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – If getting in shape was your New Year’s resolution, professional organizer Andi Willis shares some tips that will help you stay on track all year long.

Willis says with planning and a little organization, getting healthier this year is easy than ever.

She first suggests you gather all of your supplies together, such as your clothes and work out equipment. That will make it easier for you now that you only have to go to one place to get all of the items that you need.

Willis says you want to make it easy as possible to exercise when it comes time for you to start working out. She suggests leaving your clothes out the night before and keeping items where you use them.

Finally, plan your exercises. Willis suggests putting your work out routine in your daily planner or setting a reminder on your phone.
