UPDATE: Suspect involved in lockdown at Houston Medical Center charged
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A suspect has been arrested after officers responded to a call of a suspicious person that was possibly armed Thursday afternoon at the Houston Medical Center.
38-year-old Saint Claire Brown was arrested after he was found in a hospital break room with a replica hand gun tucked into his waistband. The replica pistol was not loaded.
According to a news release by the Warner Robins Police Department, officers arrived around 2 p.m. in response to the sighting of two suspicious persons. One of them was said to have been carrying a bag, while the other appeared to have a hand gun.
The hospital was put into lockdown while a search took place. After the initial search, officers re-entered the building where they located Brown.
Brown has been charged with Forgery, Theft By Receiving and Loitering.
