One final day of dry weather before rain moves in

MACON, Georgia. (41NBC/WMGT)- Our long stretch of dry weather ends today as rain moves in tomorrow ahead of a cold front.

TODAY.

Enjoy the sunshine this afternoon because clouds move in later this evening. Temperatures today will top out in the middle 60’s before falling into the upper 40’s and lower 50’s overnight. Partly cloudy conditions along with a few light showers will be around overnight.

TOMORROW.

Under a mostly cloudy sky, temperatures will top out in the middle 70’s. Isolated showers will be hit or miss throughout the day. Rain coverage will increase after sunset and into Thanksgiving Day.

EXTENDED FORECAST.

Thanksgiving Day will not be a washout, but you can expect to deal with hit or miss showers throughout the day as a cold front slides through. Temperatures will be on the warm side in the middle to upper 70’s. Past that, we will keep isolated rain chances in through Sunday before coverage of rain increases.
