22 restaurants in downtown Macon are serving up fair-themed food beginning Friday night.

The event begins on tonight on First Friday and lasts all weekend long.

Kudzu Seafood Company is just one of the participating restaurants. They are offering guests nachos, while Jalapenos Cantina has street corn, churros and Goldfish shots.

41NBC spoke with the Vice President of External Affairs and Mainstreet Manager at NewTown Macon, Emily Hopkins, who said the event started during the pandemic and has grown every year.
