New Tattoo Shop Creates Controversy in Byron
A new business in the Historic District in Byron is creating quite the buzz, and it hasn’t even opened its doors yet.
It’s been Wayne Davidson’s dream to open up a tattoo parlor. “I’m tired of digging ditches and climbing poles. This is what I’m meant to do,” says Davidson.
For 22 years Davidson has had a vision,”it’s going to be a clean shop just tattooing you know quiet. You’re not going to even know we are here.”
He says building his dream has been anything but easy. Several residents are not too thrilled about the shops opening.
“I’m not in to tattooing. The bodies is what God gave us, and I don’t think we need to mark it,” says Anne Giles.
