New stickers on Bibb Deputy cars show recent state certification
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Some Bibb County patrol deputies have new stickers on their cars.
It represents the Georgia Law Enforcement Certification they received in the summer. Sheriff David Davis helped put the first sticker on a Division 2 Patrol car during inspections Tuesday afternoon.
“To show the community that we are certified and we are proud of achieving that goal and to show the community that they’re a part of this too because we are out there for them,” said Sheriff David Davis.
Car inspections happen once a month. To pass, vehicles have to be clean and all of the equipment needs to be working.
