New Skatepark in Bibb County?

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Bibb County Commissioners have their ears open to those in favor of bringing an outdoor skate park to the county.

From 5-8 p.m., a “Skatepark Design Meeting” is scheduled at Rosa Jackson Community Center Gym at 1121 Maynard Street.

Skateboarding supporters will have the opportunity to discuss what elements they would prefer in a skate park. 

The meeting will be moderated by the American Ramp Company, a skate park design company and manufacturer of skate board ramps and supplies.
