New school supply store in Macon helps teachers and homeschoolers

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A new school supply store catering to teachers and homeschooling educators is now open in Macon for the entire community.

‘Teacher Needs’ offers a large inventory of supplies for educators. The store sells items such as fabric for classroom bulletin boards, wall maps, and glue.

Owner Roxanne Oppy, a former educator, said Teacher Needs is a great way for her to transition out of the classroom.

Teacher Needs is located at 6394 Zebulon Road in the Zebulon Plaza. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The store will soon offer workshops for educators and students.
