New information on how Donnie Rowe and Ricky Dubose escaped

FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Corrections Commissioner Gregory C. Dozier explained both external and internal After Action Review Panels in the aftermath of the June 13th double murder and escape of Donnie Rowe and Ricky Dubose.
The findings show the show Sergeants Curtis Billue and Christopher Monica failed to search inmates prior to boarding the bus, double lock handcuffs, continuously supervise inmates on the bus, lock the door separating driver compartment from inmate compartment and wear assigned duty equipment.
Corrections officers will get more training and a trailing vehicle will be assigned to follow transport buses.
