NBA Should Standardize Concussion Testing Procedures
An NBA player is saying he thinks the league needs to standarize its procedures for handling concussions – and his call for change is based on experience.
Milwaukee Bucks forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute sayswhen he was at UCLA three years ago, he sustained a concussion and had to undergo a battery of tests before he returned to the court.
This season with the Bucks he sustained a mild concussion but says he was cleared to play in a conversation with doctors.
The Bucks say they take every head injury seriously and an NBA spokesman says the same goes for the league.
