Museum of Aviation hosts STEM Academy benefit with auction, demos and tours
"There are a lot of people that live in this community that really don't understand what goes on behind the fence at Robin's Air Force Base. And there is so much great activity that goes on in helping to keep our great nation safe," Cirilli said.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Museum of Aviation Foundation held its National STEM Academy Benefit Networking Reception Thursday night, featuring an auction in support of STEM education, tours of the iconic C-130 Gunship, robotics and virtual reality demonstrations, and open classrooms showcasing the academy’s community impact.

“There are a lot of people that live in this community that really don’t understand what goes on behind the fence at Robins Air Force Base. And there is so much great activity that goes on in helping to keep our great nation safe,” Cirilli said.
Last year, more than 55,000 students and teachers benefited from the hands-on and virtual programs offered in the National STEM Academy.
