Multiple cars burned in Milledgeville fire, cause unknown

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Milledgeville Fire Department and the Baldwin County Fire Department responded to a fire near a vacant building on 1540 North Columbia Street, Sunday night.

According to a Facebook post by the Milledgeville Police Department, several cars were on fire. The fire spread to the building causing minimal damage.

Firefighter put out the fire in a timely manner

Authorities say the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
