Multi-state theft ring targeting Walmart caught in Houston County, investigation underway
41-year-old Christopher Simpson, 26-year-old Peyton Foster, and 31-year-old Jonathan Eubanks were arrested after a series of thefts that resulted in significant losses for multiple Walmart locations.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Three people were arrested on December 17 for a multi-state theft ring targeting Walmart store across the Southeast, according to the Perry Police Department.
41-year-old Christopher Simpson, 26-year-old Peyton Foster, and 31-year-old Jonathan Eubanks were arrested after a series of thefts that resulted in significant losses for multiple Walmart locations.
According to the press release, the suspects are believed to be part of an organized group responsible for stealing high-value items from stores in several states.
Officers recovered around $30,000 dollars stolen merchandise and evidence linking the suspects to thefts at Walmart and other big box store locations across state lines.
Additional charges, including conspiracy and organized theft, are expected as the investigation continues.
According to the press release, the offenders are currently in custody at the Houston County Detention Facility, awaiting formal charges. Law enforcement agencies in neighboring states have been notified and are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
