MPD Searching for Aggravated Assault Suspect

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon Police are looking for a man who allegedly stabbed another man at an apartment complex on Log Cabin Drive.

The victim stated he was playing cards with friends nearby the Green Meadows Apartments when the suspect approached and asked to join the game. When they refused him, a fight took place and the suspect pulled out a steak knife and cut the victim’s leg.

The suspect then fled the complex heading north. Officers arrived on the scene, but failed to locate him.

The victim was taken to the Medical Center for treatment.
