Pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly is acquiring SiteOne Therapeutics in a deal worth up to $1 billion. The acquisition gives Lilly access to an experimental non-opioid pain treatment, as it pushes to expand alternatives for chronic pain conditions like migraines.
