Morning Business Report: Cigarettes being removed from various Walmart stores

Cigarettes being removes in various Walmart markets, including some stores in California, Florida, Arkansas, and New Mexico. The shift comes after the internal debate on cigarettes, in which U.S. health officials say are linked to 480,000 deaths in the country each year.

Unvaccinated United Airlines employees who sought medical or religious exemptions returned to work Monday. More than 2,000 employees with an approved request have been out on unpaid leave, now returning to their positions.

Gas prices are sending more people shopping for electric scooters. The Wall Street Journal reports escooters are reporting sales up 60 to 70 percent over a year ago.
