More than 800 attend annual Museum of Aviation Foundation race
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Residents ran around the Museum of Aviation Saturday for the foundation’s annual marathon.
More than 800 hundred people attended the event and awards were handed out to the top three male and female contestants in 14 different age categories.
There three different races to choose from at the event.
“It’s nice to see everyone support the cause,” says Christopher Salem, an Airman with the United States Armed Forces “it’s a great opportunity to run with a bunch of people from around the Air Force community along with other members we have some Navy members we have some Marines.”
All money from the event will go to the Museum of Aviation.
