More Afternoon Storms

Showers and thunderstorms are on the way back across Middle Georgia this afternoon.  We all stand at least a small chance for them.  The showers and storms will have more heavy rain, lightning and some gusty winds at times with them.  There should not be any Severe weather with them today.  Temperatures are in the mid to upper 90’s for most, so the showers and storms will help to cool us a little bit, even if it is only temporary.  Rain/Storms will be possible until around Midnight tonight, but an even better shot tomorrow and Friday for them.  Highs are going down over the next few days as well.  We should see more clouds around, and that will help us only reach the low to maybe mid 90’s through the weekend.  More heat next week, but it doesn’t appear to get out of control.  The good news is, we will have more storm chances as well.  Stay tuned! -Chris
