Montezuma Named “Great Small Town”

Macon County’s largest city receives a top honor! The Georgia Department of Economic Development’s Division of Tourism named Montezuma one of the states “Great Small Towns.”

Montezuma was chosen for the Downtown Development Authority’s proactive efforts to build the tourism industry.

Plains, Vienna, Pine Mountain and La Grange were also named a “Great Small Town.”
