Monroe County EMS preps for dangerous road conditions

Monroe County EMS concerned about temperatures dropping below 32 degrees because that's when the precipitation could re-freeze and create black ice.

She said, Middle Georgia saw rain throughout Friday, but as we enter evening hours, they’re keeping an eye on the temperature.

She said, they’re concerned about it dropping below 32 degrees because that’s when the precipitation could re-freeze and create black ice.

Capt. Bramlett said they’re thinking, the snow and sleet line, is north of Monroe County and Monroe County will be on a rain pattern for the rest of Friday evening, but as she said, please keep in mind that things can change.
