Milledgeville Police Looking for Runaway Teen
MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Milledgeville police needs the public’s help to find a sixteen-year-old runaway.
According to a news released from MPD, Brandi Leigh Corbin was last seen walking from her home on May 2 around 8 p.m. Major Reggie Hill says police believe she could be in the Atlanta area, but she could still be in Milledgeville.
Hill says Corbin had been speaking with a man who identified himself as Jeff. The news releases states Jeff reportedly picked Corbin up as she was walking away from her residence.
Hill says during the course of the investigation, police learned Corbin has been possibly planning to run away for some time now.
The news release says the Corbin family received two phone calls from the teenager since she walked away from her home. Hill says Corbin did speak with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, but refused to tell her location.
Corbin was last seen wearing leopard print tights, black shirt underneath a black and white tank top, mismatched socks with black flip flops, and a gray jacket. Corbin was also carrying a black and white zebra style purse with red trim. She has shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes.
