Middle Georgia’s Production of Handel’s ‘Messiah’

A night of music is coming to downtown Macon and for some it’s become a Christmas tradition.  The Dean of Townsend School of Music and conductor Dr. John Dickson joined us on the 41NBC news at 6pm with details about the Choral Society of Middle Georgia’s production of Handel’s “Messiah.”  Graduate student in violin at Robert McDuffie Center for Strings, Megan Ganyard, gave us a wonderful sneak peek performance of the show.

The Choral Society of Middle Georgia’s production of Handel’s ‘Messiah’ is Tuesday, December 13th at St. Joseph Catholic Church beginning at 7pm.  It costs $15 for adults and $12 for seniors, students and military members.  For more information head to www.csmga.com
