Music Lineup
- The weekend kicks off Friday night at Grants Lounge in Macon with Eddie 9V and Nether Hour taking the stage at 9 p.m. The Georgia-born bandleader has gained recognition for his distinctive blend of Southern soul, blues, rock, and funk.
- Grants Lounge continues the entertainment Saturday night with Ain’t Sisters performing at 9 p.m. Tickets are available for $19.
- For jazz enthusiasts, All That Jazz 2026 featuring Kenny Lattimore arrives at the Macon Coliseum Saturday at 8 p.m. Table and dinner seating can be arranged by contacting the Tubman Museum at 478-845-3850.
Fitness and Wellness
- Early risers can participate in the 2026 Museum of Aviation Foundation “Run for Aviation” Marathon on Saturday at Robins Air Force Base. The 30th annual event offers multiple race options: marathon hand cycles and para athletes begin at 7:50 a.m., followed by the full marathon at 8 a.m., half marathon at 8:15 a.m., and 5K at 8:30 a.m.
- On Sunday, Wellness Hug hosts an “Entrust: Intention Setting Yoga and Vision Board Party” from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. All materials will be provided for participants.
Retail and Creative Events
- Macon’s newest plant shop, Cam’s Plant, opens Saturday at 2320 Ingleside Ave. The shop will carry rare and common houseplants along with gardening supplies. The first 15 customers will receive a free plant with purchase.
- Switch Macon hosts “Mimosas and Mansplaining” on Saturday, featuring complimentary mimosas from noon to 1 p.m. and a birdhouse building and painting activity. The event concludes at 3 p.m.
