Middle Georgia State University offers gym memberships to public

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Middle Georgia State University is offering gym memberships to their recreation and wellness centers on the Macon and Cochran campuses.

The wellness center includes a spacious fitness area, basketball courts, aquatics area with a pool, and more. Individual memberships are $35 a month. As of now, the university in Cochran is the only campus that is offering family memberships for $80 a month.

To join, you must complete an application form, pay at the bursar’s office, then get a gym ID from campus police and sign release forms.
