MGSC Women Drop First Game of 2014

COVINGTON, Georgia (MGSC RELEASE) – The women’s basketball Knights opened the second half of the season and 2014 with a loss to Georgia Perimeter College to go to 6-4 on the season, 3-3 in conference.

The Knights were led by Va’Queshia Hall (Howard HS) and Diamond Hudson (Warner Robins HS) with 10 points each. Camari Tillman (Bleckley County) and Ritzy Griffin (Westside HS Augusta) each added 9 rebounds while Jada Haynes (Groves HS) dished 8 assists.

The team’s next game is Monday, January 13 at 5:30 p.m. in Cochran against East Georgia State College, followed by the men’s team at 7:30 PM.
