Medical Monday: Centering Pregnancy

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Centering Pregnancy is a new set of classes at Medical Center Navicent Health to help couples who have gotten pregnant.

Pregnancy is a rewarding experience, but it’s not always easy.

Dr. Lauren Fried joins 41NBC to talk about Centering Pregnancy.

Couples go through pre-natal care together, rather than the traditional structure of taking classes alone, to make sure they have a community to be social with.

Couples can talk about problems and successes while they’re pregnant.
