Medical Monday: Bo’s Camp
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bo’s Camp allows grieving families to take their mind off of sometimes tough thoughts about losing a loved one.
It’s hosted by Navicent Health at the Hephzibah Children’s Home in Macon.
This year, it’s September 23-25.
It helps children meet other children that have similar experiences and can help them grieve.
Campers do fun activities that are meant to take their mind off of sad thoughts.
Missy Upshaw from Navicent Health joins 41NBC with more.
If you want to come to the camp, head over to the Bo’s Camp website.
