McDaniel Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ in Child Sexual Exploitation Charges

Today, 26 year old Stephen McDaniel plead not guilty at his arraignment on 30 charges of child sexual exploitation. McDaniel was charged back on November 15th for images investigators found during their search for clues in the gruesome murder of 27 year old Lauren Giddings.

McDaniel also faces one count of murder in the death of his neighbor.

District Attorney Greg Winters tells 41 NBC he does not know when the arraignment for the murder charge will be.

McDaniel’s attorney, Floyd Buford, declined to make any comment.
