Marathon Covenience Store on Broadway Robbed

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Marathon Convenience Store at 4505 Broadway was robbed Friday night around 9:00 p.m.

A news release from the Bibb County Sheriff Office said two suspects entered the store with guns and demanded money from the cash register.

The suspects got the money and then ran away.

The employee that was at the store during the robbery was not injured.

The police are investigation the robbery.
