Man Wanted in Connection to Shooting Near Freedom Park in Custody
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Macon Police Department has Roderick Lofton, the man wanted in conjunction with a January 5th shooting incident on the 3400 block of Morgan Drive, in custody.
According to a release from the department, Lofton surrendered himself to the MPD Criminal Investigation Division around 3 this afternoon without incident. He is being processed at this time and awaiting transport to the Bibb County LEC.
At this time he is being charged with six counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of Criminal Gang Activity.
