Man wanted for conspiracy to commit murder arrested for car break-ins in Monroe County

Poole is currently in the Monroe County Jail for seven counts of entering auto and two counts of criminal trespass.

MONROE COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man wanted out of Bibb County for conspiracy to commit murder was arrested after a multiple car break-ins out of Monroe County on Friday, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded on August 9 around 6 a.m. to Sara Kay Lane near the Bolingbroke area in reference to an entering auto that occurred between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. that morning. Deputies discovered there were several other vehicles that had been broken into.

Deputies determined the suspect’s vehicle was a silver Nissan Rogue out of Bibb County.

Investigators traveled to Van Zandt Drive in Bibb County around 1 p.m. and made contact with the owner, which led to the arrest of 25-year-old Eimyre Poole.

Deputies later discovered that Poole was wanted out of Bibb County for conspiracy to commit murder.

Poole is currently in the Monroe County Jail for seven counts of entering auto and two counts of criminal trespass.

Poole is being held without bond. He also has a hold out of Bibb County for the conspiracy to commit murder charge.
