Man stabbed in failed robbery attempt

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Deputies with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office are investigating an armed robbery attempt in Macon that resulted in one man stabbed.

According to a news release, 29-year-old Adam Nowling was stabbed multiple times at the intersection of Mumford Road and Napier Avenue during a failed robbery.

The unknown suspects were reported wearing all black clothing and partial ski masks.

Nowlings was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
