Man Killed in Crane Accident at Graphic Packaging in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – One man is dead and three others are injured after a crane accident at Graphic Packaging in Macon.

According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, 21-year-old Johnathan Siroky of Fayetteville was crushed between the crane and the door of a trailer Saturday around 10:30 a.m.. Three others were injured and transferred to the Medical Center of Central Georgia, but Jones said “they are expected to survive”.

Siroky was a subcontractor for Graphic Packaging and the group was taking the crane apart when the strap broke.
