Man found dead in Milledgeville house fire

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Baldwin County Fire Rescue is investigating a house fire in Milledgeville. It happened on Highview Road on Thursday around 3 PM.

The fire rescue says when they arrived there was light smoke showing from the ‘single family dwelling. Fire personnel made entry , they found a man, dead. He was later identified as Thomas Bloodworth. His cause of death and how the fire started is still unknown.
