Man Charged in Fatal Traffic Incident

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Warner Robins Police arrest a man, after a traffic incident from the weekend killed his passenger.

According to a news release, 27-year-old Jonathan Stanley lost control of his truck as he was heading east on Linwood Drive. 21-year-old Tyeshia Everette was thrown from the vehicle after it flipped. She was pronounced dead at the Houston Medical Center.

Stanley is charged with first degree vehicular homicide, DUI, Open Container, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving. He was taken to the Houston County Jail.
